Once you have arrived to the page shown above, it will be clear just how easy we have made taking notes. Simply click the “Take Notes” button and you may start taking notes in the blank text box provided. Is the standard black and white typeset too boring for you? You may change font size, style, color and justification at the bar directly above the text box. When you are done, save the note and view just how impressive you’ve made them look!
Format while you go
NoteSake utilizes Textile markup language which allows you to format your notes while you write them. You don&rsquot;t need to learn anything fancy like html. All you need to do is learn the few simple keystrokes that will format your text as you type it out without needing to use your mouse to click icons or know hard to remember long codes.
Automatically add courses
NoteSake has been designed to facilitate the learning experience. NoteSake will not force you to choose categories if you would prefer to leave your notes untagged. Would you prefer to create only a title for your note? Simply fill in the title field. We will help you where we can (for example have the date field default to the current date), however NoteSake will never require such information in order to take notes. With that said, if more specifics are provided about a note upon creation, it will be that much easier to find during critical moments in the future.
Tag notes for easy access
Tagging notes is easy and helpful. If you were to tag notes with common themes and key words, you may then go back later and look for all notes tagged by those commonalities. This allows you to easily find notes that are categorized by your individual needs and coursework.
